Prajitura cu glazura de ciocolata

Blat :

6 oua

un praf sare

200 g zahar

10 lg apa rece

280 g faina

3 lg cacao

 

Crema :

500 ml lapte

4 lg pline faina

200 g zahar

1 ou

150 g unt (80%)

coaja rasa de la 1 lamaie (sau 150 g nuci prajite si tocate)

 

Glazura :

200 g ciocolata cu lapte

200 ml frisca

 

Mod de preparare :

 Blat : mixam spuma albusurile cu praful de sare, adaugam apoi zaharul, mixand circa 5 minute, adaugam treptat apa rece , mixand mereu apoi galbenusurile , faina amestecata cu pudra de cacao. Coacem in tava (26*39 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt.

Crema : oul il amestecam cu zaharul, adaugam faina, apoi laptele. Punem la fiert pana se ingroasa crema, luam de pe foc si adaugam untul de la temperatura camerei si coaja rasa de lamaie (sau nuci prajite si tocate). Lasam crema sa se raceasca.

Glazura : frisca lichida o aducem pana la punctul de fierbere, apoi adaugam ciocolata rupta bucatele.

Asamblare : blat-crema-glazura.
