Fursecuri confetti

Ingrediente :

375 g unt moale (80%)

180 g zahar

esenta de vanilie (sau 1 pastaie de vanilie)

coaja rasa de lamaie

525 g faina

60 g bomboane confetti

Decor :

zahar pudra

Mod de preparare :

Intr-un castron mixam untul, cu zaharul, adaugam apoi esenta de vanilie si coaja rasa de lamaie, faina si bombonelele confetti. Punem aluatul intr-o tava (30*40 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt.

Dam tava la frigider pentru 30 minute, apoi feliem cubulete de 3×3 cm, cu un cutit umezit . Asezam patratelele in tava mare de aragaz tapetata cu hartie de copt, cu putina distanta intre ele.

Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 10 minute.

Fursecurile reci le tavalim prin zahar pudra.
