Paleuri cu strawberry curd si crema de branza

Aluat :

4 oua

250 g zahar

250 ml ulei

1 lgt praf de copt

zeama de la 1/2 lamaie

coaja rasa de la 1 lamaie

400 g faina

 

Strawberry curd

1 portie

 

Crema de branza :

150 g crema de branza

150 ml frisca lichida (sau smantana pentru frisca)

2 lg zahar pudra

 

Decor :

1 lgt zahar pudra

 

Mod de preparare :

 Aluat : mixam ouale cu zaharul, pana isi treipleaza volumul, adaugam uleiul treptat, mixand mereu, apoi coaja rasa de lamaie, praful de copt stins in zeama de lamaie si faina cernuta.

Cu o lingurita punem gramajoare de aluat in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 15 minute.

In loc de strawberry curd putem pune marmelada de orice fruct (zmeura, visine, prune, caise, capsuni…).

In mijlocul fiecarui fursec punem o lingurita de gem sau strawberry curd, apoi in jurul ei trasam cu un pos crema de branza.

 Crema de branza : mixam spuma frisca lichida, apoi peste ea adaugam crema de branza mixata su zaharul pudra. Punem crema intr-un pos . Acoperim cu al doilea fursec. Pudram cu zahar pudra.

Spor la prajiturit !!! 🙂
