Prajitura cu mere, branza si crusta de nuci

Aluat :

125 g unt moale

150 g zahar

3 oua mari

un praf de sare

150 g branza de vaci grasa

100 g faina

1 plic praf de copt (10 g)

1 plic budinca vanilie (40 g)

4 mere

 

Crusta nuci :

75 g unt moale

75 g faina

2 lg zahar pudra

75 g nuci macinate

1 lgt scortisoara macinata

 

Mod de preparare :

Crusta nuci : amestecam toate ingredientele(eu am folosit migdale).

Aluat : mixam untul moale cu zaharul, adaugam apoi cate 1 ou pe rand, mixand bine dupa fiecare, praful de sare, branza de vaci, faina amestecata cu praful de budinca si praful de copt, iar la urma cubulete de mere. Amestecam cu o lingura si asezam compozitia in tava (30*40 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt. Deasupra presaram crusta.

Coacem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 40 minute.

Lasam prajitura sa se raceasca, apoi o feliem.

Spor la prajiturit ! O prajitura rapida si delicioasa ! 🙂
