Chec simplu din albusuri

Ingrediente :

6 albusuri

un praf de sare

6 lg zahar pudra

6 lg faina

 

Mod de preparare :

Intr-un castron mixam spuma albusurile cu praful de sare, adaugam zaharul , mixand pana se topeste si bezeaua devine ferma, apoi faina. Amestecam cu o lingura, cu miscari circulare. Coacem compozitia in forma de chec, tapetata cu hartie de copt, in cuptorul preincalzit, la 170 grade Celsius, circa 25-30 minute. Facem testul cu scobitoarea. Lasam checul sa se raceasca, apoi feliem si servim.

 

Un chec rapid si super bun. Spor la prajiturit ! 🙂
