Aluat :

250 g untura

250 g unt

350 g telemea de vaca/oaie

4 oua

12 lg lapte

4 lg otet

1 lg rasa sare

1 kg faina

 

Uns deasupra :

4 galbenusuri (sau 2 oua)

4 lg lapte

seminte de susan, chimen, mac…

 

Mod de preparare :

 Aluat : amestecam untura cu untul si telemeaua rasa mare, adaugam ouale, laptele, otetul, sarea si faina. Framantam un aluat care sa nu se lipeasca de maini. Impartim in 2 aluatul si il invelim in folie alimentara. Dam la rece pentru circa 30 min-1 ora. Intindem aluatul pe masa cu faina, apoi decupam covrigei cu forma speciala.

Asezam covrigeii unul langa altul, fara prea mult spatiu intre ei, in tava mare de aragaz tapetata cu hartie de copt, ii ungem cu galbenus amestecat cu lapte si dam la cuptor , in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 25 minute.

Este un aluat foarte bun , usor de lucrat cu el.

In concluzie extra super buuni covrigei  🙂
