Chec cu dovleac, nuci si stafide

Ingrediente :

3 oua

180 g zahar

75 g unt topit

200 g dovleac crud ras

200 g faina

1 lgt praf de copt

1/4 lgt scortisoara

nuci

stafide

 

Mod de preparare :

Intr-un castron mixam spuma ouale cu zaharul, adaugam untul topit si racorit, dovleacul crud ras, apoi faina amestecata cu praful de copt si scortisoara macinata. Compozitia o turnam in tava de chec tapetata cu hartie de copt. Deasupra presaram nucile si stafidele. Cine doreste poate sa le amestece cu compozitia. Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 35 minute. Facem testul scobitorii.
