Fursecuri cu nutella, banane si cacao

Ingrediente :

70 g unt

60 g zahar pudra

60 g banane piure

2 lg smantana

100 g faina

30 g amidon alimentar

20 g cacao

un praf de sare

1 lgt rasa bicarbonat

 

Umplutura :

nutella

 

Mod de preparare :

Mixam untul moale de la temperatura camerei cu zaharul pudra, adaugam banana terciuita (cu o furculita) , smantana, apoi faina amestecata cu sarea, amidonul, pudra de cacao si bicarbonatul. omogenizam, apoi cu ajutorul unui posh cu varf rotund formam melci pe foaia de copt.

Coacem fursecurile in cuptorul preincalzit, la 160 grade Celsius, circa 12 minute.

Lasam fursecurile sa se raceasca, apoi le lipim 2 cate 2 cu nutella.
