Prajitura cu caise si iaurt

Ingrediente :

6 oua

280 g zahar

80 ml ulei

200 ml iaurt gras

esenta de vanilie

un praf de sare

1 plic praf de copt (10 g)

300 g faina

7 caise coapte + 1 lg rasa faina

 

Decor :

1 lg zahar pudra

 

Mod de preparare :

Spalam caisele si le stergem de apa, apoi le taiem cubulete.

Intr-un castron mixam galbenusurile cu uleiul treptat, adaugam apoi iaurtul si lasam deoparte.

Separat mixam spuma albusurile cu praful de sare, apoi cu zaharul, mixand circa 10 minute. Peste albusurile spuma adaugam maioneza de mai sus, amestecand cu o lingura, faina amestecata cu praful de copt (cernute). Amestecam in continuare tot cu lingura. Compozitia o intindem in tava (25*35 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt. Deasupra asezam bucatile de caise peste care am presarat lingura de faina. Coacem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 30 minute. Facem testul cu scobitoarea.

Lasam prajitura sa se raceasca, pudram cu zahar pudra si taiem cubulete.
