Negresa cu zmeura

Ingrediente :

175 g ciocolata neagra (55-75%)

175 g unt

225 g zahar

3 oua medii

1 lgt extract de vanilie

125 g faina

1/4 lgt sare

 

zmeura

50 g ciocolata neagra

 

Mod de preparare :

Topim ciocolata si untul, intr-o craticioara de inox cu fund dublu sau pe baie de aburi. Lasam 10 minute sa se racoreasca, adaugam zaharul, extractul de vanilie, ouale pe rand, faina cernuta si praful de sare. Compozitia o intindem in tava (20*30 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt. Deasupra asezam zmeura spalata si stearsa cu prosoape de hartie si bucatele de ciocolata. Coacem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius 20 minute.

Lasam negresa sa se raceasca, apoi o feliem.
