Prajitura din albusuri cu visine si cacao

Ingrediente :

6 albusuri

130 g zahar

120 g faina

coaja rasa de lamaie

1 lgt praf de copt

1 lg cu varf cacao+3 lg apa

2 lg ulei

150-200 g visine proaspete, congelate sau din compot

 

Mod de preparare :

Intr-un castron mixam spuma albusurile cu un praf de sare, adaugam zaharul, mixand pana se topeste si obtinem o bezea ferma si lucioasa. Adaugam uleiul treptat, coaja rasa de lamaie si faina amestecata cu praful de copt si pudra de cacao (cernute). Amestecam cu o lingura. Impartim cantitatea in 2. O parte o asezam cu lingura in tava (20*30 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt, iar in compozitia ramasa adaugam pudra de cacao amestecata cu apa ; o asezam cu lingura peste compozitia alba. Deasupra presaram visine.

Coacem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit, la 170 grade Celsius, circa 30 minute. Facem testul cu scobitoarea.
