Prajitura cu rubarba si capsuni

Ingrediente :

5 oua

300 g zahar

50 ml lapte

150 g unt (80%)

300 g faina

1/2 plic praf de copt (5g)

1 fiola esenta de vanilie

 

4-5 tije de rubarba curatata si taiat cubulete

6 capsuni mari

 

Mod de preparare :

Intr-un castron mixam spuma 1 ou si 4 galbenusuri cu 200 g zahar, adaugam apoi laptele, untul moale de la temperatura camerei ,esenta de vanilie, faina cernuta, praful de copt stins cu 1 lgt zeama de lamaie sau otet, iar la urma incorporam cele 4 albusuri ramase cu 100 g zahar batute spuma astfel : adaugam cate 2 linguri bezea, amestecam cu o lingura , apoi inca 2 linguri bezea, amestecam cu miscari circulare si tot asa pana terminam de incorporat bezeaua. Compozitia o intindem in tava (25*35 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt. Deasupra asezam bucati de capsuni si rubarba .Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit, la 170 grade Celsius, circa 30 minute. Facem testul cu scobitoarea.

Lasam prajitura sa se raceasca, apoi taiem si servim.
