Cornulete cu rahat

Ingrediente :

200 g unt  (80%)

2 oua

100 ml iaurt

1 lg ulei

450 g faina

1 plic praf de copt

1 lg otet

 

rahat cubulete

 

zahar pudra

 

Mod de preparare :

Intr-un castron mixam untul moale, adaugam ouale, iaurtul, uleiul, praful de copt stins cu otetul, apoi faina cernuta. Framantam un aluat care nu se lipeste de maini si este elastic si usor de lucrat. Invelim aluatul in folie alimentara si il dam la frigider pentru 1 ora.

Scoatem aluatul din folie, il rulam sul si il impartim in 4 . Fiecare parte o intindem cu sucitorul pe masa de lucru, apoi o taiem cu un cutit in 16 bucati. Pe fiecare triunghi obtinut, asezam o bucatica de rahat, apoi rulam .

Asezam cornuletele in tava mare de aragaz.

Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 25 minute.

Tavalim cornuletele prin zahar pudra.
