Malai cu lapte batut

1 cana = 300 ml

Ingrediente :

1+1/2 cana malai

1/2 cana gris

1/2 cana faina

1 cana zahar

100 ml ulei

4 oua mari

1 cana lapte

600 ml lapte batut (sana sau kefir, iaurt)

1 lgt esenta de vanilie

1 plic praf de copt

un varf lingurita de sare

 

Mod de preparare :

Intr-un castron amestecam malai , faina, gris si praf de copt.

Separat, in alt castron batem ouale intregi cu zaharul, adaugam apoi uleiul, laptele batut, laptele si esenta de vanilie. Cele doua compozitii le amestecam bine, apoi le turnam in tava (25*35cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt.

Coacem malaiul , in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 45 minute.

Lasam malaiul sa se raceasca in tava, apoi il feliem foarte usor. Cine doreste poate sa pudreze cu zahar pudra.
