Budinca de ciuperci

Ingrediente :

2 conserve ciuperci

6 oua

90 g cascaval ras

3 cepe medii

3 felii franzela

lapte

sare, piper

marar si patrunjel verde tocat

 

Mod de preparare :

Calim ceapa in putin ulei. O lasam sa se raceasca.

Albusurile le mixam spuma , adaugam galbenusurile treptat, ceapa calita, painea bucatele inmuiata in lapte, cascavalul ras marunt, ciupercile scurse de apa din borcanel (sau conserva) si clatite cu apa rece,verdeata, sare si piper.

Coacem intr-o tava (20*30cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt, in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 40-45 minute.
