Chec cu scortisoara si branza

Aluat :

230 g unt (80%)

400 g zahar

250 g iaurt grecesc (2%)

3 lg lapte

6 oua

350 g faina

1/2 lgt bicarbonat

 

Umplutura :

50 g zahar

1 lg scortisoara macinata

 

Glazura :

30 g unt (80%)

50 g crema de branza (Almette cu smantana)

50 ml smantana pentru frisca

100 g zahar pudra

 

Decor :

bombonele colorate

 

Mod de preparare : 

 Aluat : untul moale de la temperatura camerei il mixam cu zaharul, adaugam apoi iaurtul, omogenizam bine, laptele, apoi ouale pe rand, mixand bine dupa fiecare. La final incorporam faina amestecata cu bicarbonatul (cernute).

Aluatul il impartim in 2 . Folosim 2 tavi de chec (10*30cm) tapetate cu hartie de copt. Pentru fiecare chec impartim aluatul in 2 si presaram umplutura (scortisoara amestecata cu zahar), apoi restul de aluat. Sau in 3 parti si umplutura in 2 (adica aluat-umplutura-aluat-umplutura-aluat) pentru fiecare chec.

Coacem checurile in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 50 minute.

Peste checurile racite asezam umplutura (mixam toate ingredientele pentru omogenizare) ,apoi decoram cu bombonele colorate.
