Fursecuri

Ingrediente :

250 g unt (80%)

6 lg zahar pudra

2 galbenusuri

350 g faina

1/2 plic praf de copt

 

Mod de preparare :  

Intr-un castron mixam untul moale de la temperatura camerei impreuna cu zaharul pudra si galbenusurile, apoi adaugam faina amestecata cu praful de copt (cernute). Aluatul obtinut il punem in presa de fursecuri. Le spritam direct in tava (fara hartie de copt).

Coacem fursecurile in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 15 minute. Le lasam sa se raceasca direct in tava, apoi le scoatem pe un platou.
