Chec cu ton si rosii deshidratate

Ingrediente :

5 oua mici

100 ml ulei de masline

200 ml lapte

300 g faina

2 cutii ton in ulei

50 g parmezan ras

50 g cascaval cubulete

100 g rosii deshidratate in ulei

1 ceapa mica

1 plic praf de copt

un varf cutit de bicarbonat

sare, piper

 

Mod de preparare :

Intr-un castron mixam ouale cu uleiul de masline si laptele. Cernem apoi faina amestecata cu praful de copt si bicarbonatul. Adaugam in compozitie parmezanul ras, omogenizam, apoi cascavalul cubulete, tonul scurs de ulei , rosiile deshidratate scurse si ele de ulei si taiate cubulete, sare si piper dupa gust.

Coacem compozitia obtinuta in forma de chec (30*11 cm), in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 40 minute.

Lasam checul sa se raceasca putin apoi il feliem .
