Chec cu ciuperci si cascaval

Ingrediente :

200 g faina

1 lgt cu varf praf de copt

5 lg ulei

100 ml lapte caldut

3 oua

sare

piper

150 g cascaval cubulete

1 borcan ciuperci

 

Mod de preparare :

Intr-un castron cernem faina, adaugam praful de copt, apoi celelalte ingrediente : ouale, uleiul, laptele caldut, sarea, piperul, cascavalul bucatele, ciupercile scurse de apa .Omogenizam si intindem compozitia in forma de chec tapetata cu hartie de copt. Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 35 minute.

Dupa ce checul s-a racit, il feliem si servim langa cruditati.
