Ingrediente :

2 foi de napolitane

250 g zahar

250 g unt

250 g nuci tocate

2 oua

150 g zahar pudra

 

Mod de preparare :

Intr-o cratita caramelizam 250 g zahar, adaugam apoi untul si tinem pe foc pana dispare apa (circa 5 minute). Adaugam nucile ( eu le-am prajit putin) si tocate grosier. Luam de pe foc si adaugam cate un ou , pe rand, amestecand energic. Punem cratita pe foc, cat sa dea 2-3 clocote. Luam de pe foc si adaugam zaharul pudra. Amestecam bine pana se leaga compozitia. Crema calduta o intindem intre foi.
