Chec alb-negru din albusuri

Ingrediente :

8 albusuri

un praf de sare

14 lg zahar

16 lg ulei

12 lg faina

1 lgt praf de copt

2-3 lg cacao

esenta de vanilie

1 pumn stafide

65 g ciocolata bucatele

1 lg zeama de lamaie

 

Mod de preparare :

Mixam spuma albusurile cu praful de sare, adaugam zaharul mixand circa 15 minute. Cu o lingura incorporam uleiul, amestecand de cateva ori, apoi faina amestecata cu praful de copt si zeama de lamaie. Compozitia o impartim in 2. Intr-o parte punem esenta de vanilie si stafidele inmuiate in rom circa 2 ore, iar in cealalta parte pudra de cacao si ciocolata bucatele. Turnam prima data aluatul alb, apoi cel cu cacao. Coacem intr-o forma de chec sau intr-o tava (25*35 cm sau chiar 20*30 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt, in cuptorul preincalzit, la 160 grade Celsius, circa 30-40 minute si circa 1 h si cateva minute in forma de chec .
