Fursecuri cu cocos

Ingrediente :

3 oua

150 g zahar

200 g cocos

2 lg faina

 

Mod de preparare :

Mixam spuma ouale cu zaharul, apoi adaugam cocos-ul amestecat cu faina. Omogenizam si facem bile (din cand in cand ne udam palmele) pe care le asezam in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Cu o furculita (o trecem putin prin apa rece din cand in cand, pentru a nu se lipi aluatul de ea) apasam in cruce pe bila de aluat . Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit, la 180 grade Celsius, circa 10-15 minute.
