Chocolate Crinkles

Ingrediente :

2 oua mari

100 g zahar

225 g ciocolata neagra(min 55% cacao)

60 g unt

un praf de sare

esenta de vanilie

225 g faina

1 lgt praf de copt

80 g zahar tos

80 g zahar pudra

Mod de preparare :

Mixam spuma ouale cu zaharul . peste ele adaugam ciocolata topita impreuna cu untul, apoi praful de sare, esenta de vanilie , iar la final faina amestecata cu praful de copt (cernute). Omogenizam si lasam la frigider de seara pana dimineata.

Aluatul obtinut este mai moale, dar dupa ce sta la frigider peste noapte se intareste. Luam cu lingurita din aluat si formam bilute , pe care le trecem prin zahar tos, apoi prin zahar pudra,

Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 grade Celsius, fix 10 minute.
