Budinca de cartofi cu mortadella

Ingrediente :
1500 g cartofi 
1 ceapa mare
sare
piper
3 lg faina
3 oua
250 ml smantana
100 g mortadella ( sau sunca , salam etc )
 
Mod de preparare :
       Amestecam intr-un castron cartofii rasi, ceapa rasa , sarea, piperul, faina, apoi adaugam ouale batute putin cu furculita si amestecate cu smantana . Incorporam mortadella taiata cubulete. Omogenizam si turnam compozitia in tava (24*24 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt sau unsa cu unt.

       Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit , la foc mediu, circa 30-40 minute (pana se rumeneste putin deasupra).

       Deasupra radem parmezan, telemea sau cascaval . Lasam sa se raceasca, apoi feliem.
