Patratele cu dovlecei si morcovi

Ingrediente :
5 oua
110 ml ulei
120 g faina
5 g praf de copt (1/2 plic)
500 g dovlecei zucchini 
150 g morcovi
150 g branza de vaca maturata (sau cascaval, telemea etc)
1 ceapa mica
1-2 lgt rase de sare
piper
 
Mod de preparare :
       Mixam ouale timp de 3 minute, adaugam apoi uleiul treptat ca la maioneza, mixand mereu circa 5 minute. Cu o lingura amestecam incet, cu miscari circulare, faina amestecata cu praful de copt (cernute), apoi zucchini ras, morcovul ras, branza rasa, ceapa rasa (toate leumele rase pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mari ), sarea si piperul. Compozitia obtinuta o turnam in tava (20*30 cm sau chiar 23*23 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt si o coacem la 180 grade, circa 30 minute (pana se rumeneste usor deasupra).

      Lasam sa se raceasca, apoi o portionam si servim.
