Cornulete cu osanza (Haiose)

Aluat : este aluatul de la reteta de Crempita  http://miremirc.ro/2013/01/cremsnit-sau-crempita/

marmelada de prune (1 borcanel) sau bucatele de rahat colorat

zahar pudra (80 g)

 

Mod de preparare :

Dupa ce am framantat aluatul si l-am uns si impachetat de 3 ori ca in reteta, l-am intins cu sucitorul si l-am taiat in patratele . In mijlocul fiecarei patratele, am pus marmelada de prune, am petrecut aluatul si am asezat cornuletele in tava .

Le-am copt in cuptorul preincalzit, pana s-au rumenit putin deasupra (circa 20-25 minute).

IMG_4016     Mi-au iesit 32 de cornulete. Dupa ce cornuletele s-au racit, le tavalim prin zahar pudra.
