Foi :
300 g faina
150 g margarina (sau unt)
200 g zahar
2 galbenusuri
coaja rasa de la 1/2 lamaie
suc stors de la 1/2 lamaie
50 ml lapte
1/2 plic praf de copt

Umplutura :
100 g margarina (sau unt)
200 g zahar
150 g faina
200 g nuci macinate
1/2 plic praf de copt
coaja rasa de la 1/2 lamaie
suc stors de la 1/2 lamaie
2 albusuri

Glazura :
150 g ciocolata
1,5 lg unt
3 lg lapte

Mod de preparare :
  Foi : amestecam intr-un castron margarina (sau untul) la temperatura camerei ,cu faina amestecata cu praful de copt. Adaugam apoi zaharul, galbenusurile de ou, coaja rasa de lamaie, sucul de lamaie, iar la sfarsit laptele . framantam un aluat pe care apoi il impartim in 2.

Intindem prima foaie si pregatim apoi umplutura.
Umplutura : mixam margarina moale cu zaharul, adaugam apoi faina amestecata cu praful de copt, sucul de lamaie si coaja rasa de lamaie, nucile macinate, iar la finam incorporam albusurile spuma.

     Asamblare : foaie de aluat – umplutura – foaie de aluat .
Coacem prajitura toata deodata.
Glazura : toate ingredientele le punem intr-o craticioara pe foc mic, amestecam pana se topesc, lasam sa se racoreasca, apoi intindem glazura peste prajitura coapta si racita.
