Prajitura cu afine si branza de vaci

Aluat :
1+1/3 cana faina (1 cana = 250 ml )
150 g zahar pudra
2 oua
5 g praf de copt
100 ml ulei
1/2 cana lapte

Umplutura :
400 g branza de vaci
150 g zahar pudra
1 lg esenta de vanilie
2 oua
100 ml lapte
200 g afine proaspete

 

Mod de preparare :

Aluat : intr-un castron amestecam faina, praful de copt si zaharul pudra, apoi oul, uleiul si laptele. Omogenizam si turnam compozitia in tava (20*30 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt.

Umplutura : amestecam toate ingredientele, apoi le intindem cu lingura peste aluatul de mai sus.

Deasupra umpluturii asezam afinele spalate si dam apoi la cuptor tava pentru circa 35-40 de minute, la 180 grade Celsius . Facem testul scobitorii.
