Prajitura cu branza Arlechino

Blat nuci :
3 oua mici (sau 2 oua mari)
100 g zahar
65 ml lichior de cafea (sau lichior de oua, lichior de ciocolata , visinata etc)
60 g unt topit
140 g faina
9 g praf de copt

50 g nuci macinate
 
Crema de branza :
250 g branza de vaci
1 ou
30 g zahar
20 g praf budinca de vanilie (1/2 plic )
 
Mod de preparare :
Blat nuci : mixam spuma albusurile, adaugam zaharul, mixand mai departe pana se topeste si bezeaua se intareste, adaugam apoi pe rand galbenusurile, untul topit si racorit, lichiorul de cafea (eu am avut Kahlua), iar la final faina amestecata cu praful de copt si nucile macinate.

Compozitia obtinuta o intindem intr-o tava (20*30 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt.
Crema de branza : amestecam toate ingredientele, apoi le punem intr-un posh sau intr-o punga pe care o taiem intr-un colt. Trasam linii peste blat cu aceasta crema, ca un grilaj.

Dam la cuptor pentru circa 30-40 minute.

Lasam prajitura sa se raceasca, apoi o putem taia si servi.
