Briose de vanilie

Ingrediente :
200 g unt
4 oua
300 g zahar
400 g faina
1 plic praf de copt
2 lg esenta de vanilie (sau 1 baton vanilie)
250 ml lapte

Mod de preparare :
Intr-un castron mixam spuma untul moale de la temperatura camerei cu zaharul, adaugam apoi ouale pe rand, esenta de vanilie (sau semintele de la 1 baton de vanilie ), faina amestecata cu praful si laptele. Omogenizam si turnam din compozitie in formele de briose. Eu am facut 12 briose si un chec mai micut.

Dam la cuptor pana se rumenesc .

Restul de compozitie eu l-am turnat intr-o forma de chec tapetata cu hartie de copt .

Dupa ce briosele se racesc le pudram cu zahar pudra.

Deliciu cu vanilie !
