Ingrediente :
1 galbenus de ou crud
1 lgt mustar
un praf de sare
250 ml ulei

Mod de preparare :
Intr-un castronel punem galbenusul de ou, praful de sare si mustarul. Amestecam bine, apoi adaugam treptat, putin cate putin ulei, pana terminam cele 250 ml.

Puteti prepara maioneza amestecand cu lingura, ori folosin mixerul pe viteza mai mica.
Daca folosim mustar, 100% nu se “taie” maioneza .
Cine nu doreste sa foloseasca mustar, trebuie sa amestece cu foarte mare grija, si sa adauge uleiul putin cate putin, amestecand mereu.
