Sos bechamel

Ingrediente :
100 g unt
2 lg faina
600 ml lapte fierbinte
sare
nucsoara macinata
piper

Mod de preparare : pe foc mic, topim intr-o craticioara untul, apoi adaugam faina si amestecam bine pentru omogenizare.

Laptele fierbinte il turnam in fir subtire peste untul topit si faina, amestecand mereu; cu mana dreapta amestecam in sos si cu mana stanga turnam laptele .

Acum adaugam sarea, piperul si nucsoara macinata.

Acest sos il folosim la lasagna, canellonni etc…
