Ciuperci sotate

Ingrediente :
500 g ciuperci champignons
2 lg ulei
sare
piper
3 catei de usturoi
Mod de pregatire :
Curatam ciupercile si le taiem dupa preferinta.

Punem cele 2 linguri de ulei intr-o craticioara alaturi de ciupercile taiate si le asezam pe foc mic; adaugam si sarea. Ciupercile vor fi gata dupa ce apa lasata de ele va scadea complet.

La final adaugam si cateii de usturoi trecuti prin presa de usturoi.
Aceasta mancare se poate servi langa un pilaf de orez, piure de cartofi, mamaliguta sau fiecare cum doreste 🙂
