Blat :
4 oua,
8 lg zahar,
7 lg faina,
1 lg cacao,
1 lgt praf de copt
Crema :
10 lg zahar,
200 ml lapte,
250 ml frisca,
3 oua,
1 lg faina,
10 g gelatina
Sirop :
100 ml apa,
2 lg zahar,
1 lgt rom
Ptr.blat : Mixam albusurile cu zaharul,apoi adaugam galbenusurile, faina amestecata cu praful de copt si cacao.

Ptr. crema : zaharul se caramelizeaza intr-o cratita mai mare, apoi adaugam in el laptele fierbinte si amestecam pana se topeste tot zaharul; dam de pe foc; amestecam in alta cratita galbenusurile cu faina iar peste ele adaugam zaharul cu laptele amestecand energic apoi punem pe foc pana se ingroasa;lasam sa se raceasca putin apoi adaugam gelatina hidratata in cateva lg de apa;lasam crema la racit apoi o amestecam cu frisca si albusurile batute spuma;

Asamblare : 1/2blat-sirop-1/2crema-1/2blat-sirop-1/2crema
