Ingrediente :

200 g macaroane
150 g sunca Praga
100 g mazare
100 g porumb din conserva
2 galbenusuri
50 g smantana
sare
piper
mustar
zeama de lamaie

Punem macaroanele la fiert conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj;dupa ce s-au fiert le dam sub jet de apa rece.

Fierbem si mazarea in apa cu putina sare.

Intre timp, facem maioneza : cele 2 galbenusuri le amestecam cu 1 lgt mustar si psare dupa gust si ulei;la sfarsit adaugam putin piper, smantana si zeama de lamaie dupa gust.

Taiem sunca patratele mici.

In maioneza obtinuta adaugam sunca, porumbul si mazarea.

Cine doreste mai putina maioneza poate face dintr-un singur galbenus.
